Might Mask Project

When the COVID-19 pandemic caused a worldwide lockdown in March, there was a high shortage of masks for US citizens but more over, for health care workers. A fellow AYUDH member, Vajraang Kamat, from AYUDH Atlanta, took it upon himself to start 3D printing masks, with self-cut filters, and donating them to health care workers through the organization Every Child Counts.
AYUDH Houston is fortunate enough to be able to assist Vajraang's cause by purchasing and cutting the filters used for the masks.
After 2 months of AYUDH members across the nation pitching in to help create masks, the mask project has been able to donate 963 masks along with 24,075 filter replacements to hospitals all across the country.
